Body Of Missing NY man, Joshua Rubin Found in PA
The body of Joshua Rubin who went missing on Halloween from Brooklyn, NY was discovered in rural Pennsylvania.
A South Whitehall Township road crew worker found the burned remains on November 1st but officials were unable to use fingerprints to identify the victim who had been fatally shot. The DNA results which were used to identify Rubin took 6 weeks to complete.
Pennsylvania authorities do not know of any connection Rubin had in the area where his body was found at this time. They are theorizing that he was killed elsewhere.
According to reports, Rubin’s credit card was used at the Woodbury Commons outlets in Orange County, New York a day or two after his body was discovered.
Investigators say they have not developed any suspects yet but do have several persons of interest.
